By Rextan finally drops the awaited ‘Love Languages’ – EP. It was released on the 17th of February 2022 by Gandagobvu Tribe. A six solo project produced by Alicious, Mcknife, Taybeats, Will B, 9th Audio, Bleq Boi, Sarchie and Boi Truth. The project is neo reggae but heavily influenced by elements of trap dancehall and afrobeats.
It reveals the true reflection of Rextan’s understanding of the word LOVE. The EP is heavily inspired by his last long term relationship. The relationship really had an impact in his life.
It took Rextan 8 months to complete the whole series. Some of the challenges Rextan faced include deciding the right time to release the EP. It was supposed to have been released last year but the space was well very occupied. The chanter is already working on another one called, ‘Recipe for Disaster’.
